A Stewart Weekend

This last weekend, Dan's parents came for a visit. They arrived Friday afternoon and left for home after breakfast on Monday. They were able to spend lots of quality time with Miss Landree. This first pic shows Grampy reading a book all about China while Landree is listening, but all the while playing with her "calculator phone."

Here is Nana with Landree. Landree was easily able to say "Na-Na" which was just about the most adorable sound.

Finally, Grampy made Landree this most beautiful bench out of cherry and maple. She loves it! She has already figured out if she stands on it next to the side table, she can reach just about anything up there!



It was a lovely weekend. The weather was HOT. It easily broke 100 degrees here. We all took advantage of the pool. Even Grampy got in! Unfortunately, I didn't get any good pictures of that!
